Whether you’re a coach or a recreational player, a veteran athlete or someone who’s new to the game, Fitpink for Sport will give you the competitive edge. Our sport-specific programs are highly focused—and lots of fun. Each session is taught by seasoned professionals who are ready to help you polish your skills, improve speed, strength, and aerobic capacity, and learn effective techniques for minimizing the risk of injury. Each one-hour session includes:

Flexibility 10 Minutes
“Plyo” Interval Training 15 Minutes
Fast Footwork 10 Minutes
Ball Work 15 Minutes
Core Strength/Balance 10 Minutes

Fitpink for Sport offers two payment options depending on your activity level:

Membership

For a $120 monthly membership fee, you can attend as many sessions as you would like in a month.  For our most active participants, this comes to less than $10 per session—a great deal for those who plan to make Fitpink for Sport a regular part of their routine.  Please note that the monthly membership fee is non-refundable.

Drop-In Rate

Our “pay as you go” option is perfect for the casual participant. You pay just $15 per session. Please bring payment to class.
