For a flat membership fee of only $15 per month, Virtual Trainer gives you the freedom to tailor your exercise routine to address your specific fitness goals. Create your own workout from our menu of 400 Fitpink exercises or follow a full Fitpink workout routine from the privacy of your own home.

Choose from 400 exercises, targeting:

Create the workout that works for you! “Drag and drop” your favorite exercises into Virtual Trainer’s slideview tool to see the moves in sequence. Each exercise video runs for approximately 30-45 seconds. Audio prompts and coaching tips accompany each video clip. You determine the pace and intensity of your movements for a more or less aerobic workout.
Follow a Fitpink Workout
Download a 50-minute Fitpink workout incorporating exercises for flexibility, balance, strength, and speed. Exercises are pre-organized in sequence by degree of difficulty and feature audio prompts and coaching tips. Start and stop as often as you want...it’s your schedule, your setting, your pace.
Participation in Virtual Trainer requires the use of equipment such as resistance bands, small balance balls, and weights, all of which can be easily and affordably purchased at a local sporting goods store.
10% of net proceeds generated from the Virtual Trainer program will be donated to Zero Breast Cancer.
